General Sales Conditions for Manganetti G4C SRL
Preamble
These general terms of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions") regulate the sale of products and services (hereinafter "Products") offered by Manganetti G4C SRL, located at Via Zoccolanti n. 17 - 95127 Catania (CT) Sicily - Italy, VAT number 05596710870 (hereinafter "Manganetti"), through its website https://www.maganetti.it (hereinafter "Website").
Article 1 - Object of the contract
1.1 These General Conditions govern the online and in-store sale of Products offered by Manganetti.
1.2 The images and descriptions of the Products on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding. Manganetti reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the Products at any time, without prior notice.
Article 2 - Prices and payments
2.1 The prices of the Products indicated on the Website are in Euros and include VAT.
2.2 Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and are indicated during the checkout process.
2.3 Payments can be made by the following methods:
- Credit card;
- PayPal;
- Bank transfer;
- Cash on delivery (only for in-store sales).
2.4 Manganetti reserves the right to change the prices of the Products at any time, without prior notice. The prices indicated on the Website at the time of the Buyer's order will be applied.
Article 3 - Orders and deliveries
3.1 Orders can be placed online on the Website or in-store.
3.2 For online orders, the Buyer must fill out the online order form providing all the required information, including name, surname, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number.
3.3 Manganetti will process orders within 7 working days upon receipt of payment.
3.4 Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer by the partner express courier.
3.5 The Buyer can track the status of their order by accessing their account on the Website or through the tracking link provided by the courier.
3.6 Upon receipt of the Products, the Buyer is responsible for checking their integrity and compliance with the order. In case of defects or non-compliance, the Buyer must contact Manganetti within 7 days of delivery.
Article 4 - Right of withdrawal
4.1 Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 7 days of the Products' delivery date.
4.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written communication to Manganetti by registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Via Zoccolanti n. 17 - 95127 Catania (CT) Sicily - Italy. The communication can also be sent via email to the contact address on the website.
4.3 In case of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the Products to Manganetti within 7 days of the withdrawal communication. The return costs of the Products are borne by the Buyer.
4.4 Manganetti will refund the Buyer the price of the returned Products within 7 days of receiving the Products.
Article 5 - Legal warranty
5.1 Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to articles 129 and following of the Consumer Code.
5.2 In case of non-conformities, the Buyer may request the free repair or replacement of the Products. If repair or replacement are not possible or are excessively costly, the Buyer may request a price reduction or contract termination.
5.3 To benefit from the legal warranty, the Buyer must retain the purchase invoice.
Article 6 - Limitation of liability
6.1 Manganetti is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Products.
